We understand that life’s circumstances can sometimes require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time as well as our own, so we kindly request that you provide us with adequate notice for any changes to your scheduled appointments.
- Rescheduling or Cancellation:
a. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.
b. Failure to provide the required notice or not showing up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
- Late Arrivals:
a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session to ensure we maintain our schedule for all clients.
b. If you anticipate being late, we request that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee.
